Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
