Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery time

After processing, standard delivery takes 7-12 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $6.95. Orders over $100 ship free.

Order tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help resolve it.
